| As the Back-end Technical Lead, you will drive the development and maintenance of our core systems and services. Your role involves designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure back-end solutions that underpin our products and platforms. Leading a team of talented back-end engineers, you will collaborate closely with front-end engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality features and functionalities. Additionally, you will uphold best practices, standards, and performance within the back-end codebase and infrastructure. Lead a team of developers in the development and maintenance of our backend systems. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve issues. Plan and prioritize project tasks and deliverables. Conduct code reviews and ensure timely delivery of high-quality code. Manage the deployment and maintenance of back-end systems. Ensure high availability and scalability of back-end systems. Implement and maintain automated testing and deployment processes. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; preferably a Master's degree. Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience. Proficiency in coding and debugging, with knowledge of at least one programming language and a willingness to learn more. Strong grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms. Expertise in Software Architecture. Experience in leading and managing a team of back-end developers. Experience in database design. Familiarity with Linux or Unix operating systems. Knowledge of Production-Grade Orchestration is advantageous. |
