About the Role
This role will strengthen Snapp Investment’s agility and execution in working with third-party partners by leading commercial negotiations, translating product requirements into partner-ready deliverables, and ensuring fast, reliable end-to-end onboarding and rollout. The Senior Business Development Specialist will act as a cross-functional driver across Product, Legal, Operations, Finance, and Tech—ensuring partnerships are structured correctly, launched efficiently, and scaled sustainably within a B2C investing platform environment. In parallel, the role supports routine operational and commercial workflows (including SnappPay-related dependencies when applicable mostly the ABL Project) to keep partner performance, service quality, and business outcomes on track.
Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard strategic partners aligned with Snapp Investment’s business objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for partners, building strong relationships and ensuring long-term collaboration.
Translate product and business requirements into clear partner-facing deliverables and implementation plans.
Coordinate with Product, Tech, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Risk teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and launch execution.
Manage end-to-end partnership projects, including planning, timeline management, risk mitigation, and go-live readiness.
Monitor partner performance through KPIs and SLAs, identify improvement opportunities, and drive operational excellence.
Prepare business reports, performance analyses, and stakeholder updates to support decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Commercial Operations, or related roles.
Experience leading commercial negotiations and managing external partnerships.
Strong understanding of digital platforms, customer onboarding journeys, and partnership operations.
Familiarity with fintech, financial services, investment products, or payment ecosystems is preferred.
Strong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven decision making.
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
