This role goes far beyond a typical operational or sales position; the Business Partner will act as the face of the company, drive strategic relationships, identify and convert high-value opportunities, and contribute directly to the growth and success of Tradique. |
Job Description |
| Identify, approach, and engage potential clients and partners in the UAE and broader MENA region. Represent the company professionally in all external interactions as the primary face of the business. Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with decision-makers across relevant industries. Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to generate quality leads and expand the business network. Conduct lead research across multiple channels (LinkedIn, online ads, personal network, referrals, etc.). Set up and manage formal and informal meetings with prospective clients and partners. Convert a healthy portion of prospects into active customers through effective communication and presentation. Analyze competitor platforms to identify active advertisers and develop strategies for attracting these customers. Maintain an updated understanding of the digital advertising and online marketing industry, particularly in the UAE. Understand clients’ challenges and marketing needs to propose effective, tailored advertising solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to design strategic proposals that align with client objectives. Prepare and deliver high-quality sales decks, proposals, and presentations. Negotiate and close profitable deals aligned with company goals. Provide ongoing support to partners to ensure strong long-term cooperation. Represent Tradique at industry events, community gatherings, and networking opportunities. Expand the company’s ecosystem by continuously adding relevant businesses to the network. |
Responsibilities |
| Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written). Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers. 3+ years of experience in Sales, B2B Partnership, or Account Management roles. Solid understanding of the digital marketing and online advertising industry. High level of ownership, responsibility, and accountability; beyond a typical employee mindset. Strong entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for creating, building, and scaling business opportunities. Ability to travel and work in a hybrid model between Dubai and Tehran. Preferably 30+ years old. Preferably 1+ years of experience working in the UAE market. |
