| Gender: Any Seniority Level: Senior Specialist Required Experience Year: 4 year Role Overview At TOSAN TECHNO, the Compensation & Benefits Specialist is responsible for accurate payroll and benefits calculations and the validation of employee attendance data. Combining practical expertise in Rahkaran with knowledge of labor regulations, this role supports compensation operations, shift-related calculations, and timely salary payments. Responsibilities Validate employee attendance and working-time data before payroll processing. Calculate and verify salaries and benefits in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies. Configure, update, and apply calculation rules in Rahkaran’s Compensation & Benefits and Time & Attendance modules, verifying their accuracy across different working arrangements. Prepare and verify payroll outputs, social insurance data, and related reports; resolve discrepancies before payments and statutory submissions are finalized. Investigate inconsistencies across attendance records, employee data, and compensation calculations; coordinate corrections and prevent recurring errors. Prepare periodic reports on attendance, compensation, benefits, and calculation discrepancies to support decisions and workforce cost control. Essential Requirements Hands-on proficiency in System Group’s Rahkaran, particularly its Compensation & Benefits and Time & Attendance modules, including configuration, calculation rules, operational workflows, and reporting. Strong payroll calculation skills, including salary components, benefits, overtime, night work, shift allowances, work on holidays, deductions, and other relevant items. Practical knowledge of Iranian labor law and sufficient familiarity with social security regulations governing employee calculations and payments. Experience with different shift patterns, particularly rotating shifts, and the ability to analyze attendance and apply appropriate calculation rules. Strong Excel skills for data validation, reconciliation, discrepancy analysis, and calculation reporting. Preferred Qualifications Experience in organizations with varied shifts, irregular working hours, or complex operational structures. Experience improving, correcting, or implementing compensation calculation rules and workflows in Rahkaran.
