Job Description
We're a fintech company built on data, offering digital wallet services alongside credit products like loans and BNPL, plus micro-investment options. As we scale and push into new territory, we're looking for a senior leader to own how we understand and grow our customer base. We are seeking a Senior Customer Intelligence Lead to build and lead the function that turns customer data into growth.
The Role
You will own our customer intelligence strategy end to end — understanding who our customers are, what they're worth, when they're at risk, and what they want next. Your work will help shape how we spend our marketing budget, design retention strategies, and launch new products. This is a leadership role: you'll set the roadmap, grow a team, and be the go-to partner for marketing.
What You Will Do
Predict customer value. Shift the business from backward-looking metrics to predictive forecasts of each customer's long-term value
Prevent churn. Build early-warning capabilities that identify customers at risk of disengaging, and deliver the underlying drivers of that risk so retention teams can act with precision.
Personalize customer experience. Develop recommendation capabilities that connect users with relevant merchants, offers, and content — deepening engagement across our product ecosystem.
Demonstrate impact. Establish measurement frameworks that quantify the incremental value of intelligence-driven initiatives, separating genuine growth from organic outcomes.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in customer analytics, data science, or CRM/growth intelligence, ideally in fintech, payments, consumer lending, or a high-volume consumer app
Experience leading data scientists and analysts, and comfort setting direction for a small team
Strong commercial instincts — you translate models into revenue, retention, and ROI, not just accuracy metrics
Hands-on background in predictive modelling, segmentation, personalization, and experimentation
Excellent stakeholder management: you can explain complex analytical ideas to executives and marketers in plain language
Fluency in SQL and Python
