Job Title: Customer Satisfaction Manager Subtitle: Customer Insight Architect You’re not a traditional “customer service manager”; you’re a system thinker for human experience. You see customers as signals, patterns, and stories, not tickets. You work with data, feedback, and AI as your co-pilot to turn messy human input into scalable improvements. You get excited when insights turn into action and satisfaction turns into loyalty. What You’ll Do Design and own end-to-end customer satisfaction frameworks across abrNOC products and services Build and manage feedback systems (CSAT, NPS, CES, surveys, behavioral signals) Translate customer data into clear insights, priorities, and improvement plans Use AI, analytics tools, and CRM platforms to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities Prototype, test, and improve customer experience processes continuously Collaborate with Product, Cloud Infrastructure, AI, Sales, and Support teams to embed the customer voice Optimize for clarity, scalability, and long-term customer trust Requirements Who You Are Curious, analytical, and allergic to surface-level answers Comfortable working at the intersection of humans, systems, and data Clear communicator who can turn complexity into shared understanding Understand trade-offs: speed vs. quality, automation vs. human touch Prefer shipping meaningful improvements today over waiting for perfect systems tomorrow Bonus Points Built or owned a customer feedback or experience system end-to-end Experience in cloud services, SaaS, AI platforms, or tech-driven environments Comfortable using AI tools, dashboards, or analytics frameworks to drive decisions Background in CX, service design, operations, or data-informed roles Why Join Us Competitive salary and benefits package Flexible working hours Career and learning growth opportunities Access to advanced AI tools, cloud platforms, and learning resources Creative, collaborative, and tech-driven environment Laptop and all needed equipment provided Relax zones and a game room to unwind Work Location & Schedule Type: Full-time, Onsite Work Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM (with 2 hours flexibility) Location: Fatemi St., Jahad Square, Tehran, Iran Passionate about customer experience at scale?
