Design and maintain dashboards and monitoring systems focused on supply-side performance, enabling informed decision-making and optimization of supply-related processes.
Collaborate closely with Business and Operations teams to clarify, measure, and continuously monitor profit and loss (P&L), cost structures, margins, and operational efficiency.
Conduct in-depth analysis of risk, financial flows, liquidity, and exposure, identifying vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities across supply and trading activities.
Develop analytical frameworks with the ultimate goal of increasing transparency, reducing uncertainty, and empowering the Supply team’s operational and strategic decisions.
Work with the Data Engineering team to support analytics workflows and ensure reliable, timely, and accurate access to data.
Monitor and analyze performance within the Operations domain, with a strong focus on Supply and Trading as its core subdomains; the Supply function is responsible for managing the organization’s supply-side operations.
Act as a highly versatile analytical partner, bridging pure technical analytics, financial considerations, and operational realities, and handling complex problems that span across these domains.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a closely related analytical role.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Metabase, PowerBI, or Tableau.
Flexibility in learning and applying new tools, technologies, and analytical approaches based on evolving business needs.
Solid understanding of data warehousing principles, data cleaning techniques, and data management best practices.
Deep expertise in financial analytics, including profit and loss (P&L), cash flows, risk analysis, margins, cost structures, and financial exposure.
Heavy emphasis on technical depth, including data modeling, writing optimized queries, understanding database structures, and working closely with data engineering teams.
Strong familiarity with the fintech ecosystem is a mandatory requirement.
Curiosity, initiative, and an ownership mindset — this is not just an execution role.
