| Lead and mentor the data analytics team, ensuring effective task prioritization and project execution. Define the team’s analytics strategy, aligning data initiatives with business goals. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization. Oversee the development of predictive models, machine learning applications, and trend analyses. Guide the team in designing dashboards and automated reporting solutions. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all data outputs and insights. Work closely with business units to identify data-driven opportunities for process improvements. Partner with IT and data engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure and accessibility. Present complex data findings in a clear and actionable format to leadership. Identify opportunities for workflow automation and AI-driven analytics. Optimize data pipelines and reporting processes to reduce manual efforts. |
Responsibilities: |
| Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or predictive modeling. Strong expertise in SQL, Python, R, or other analytics tools. Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of machine learning concepts and automation techniques. |
