This is a player-coach role: you will lead analytics for one or more business domains, mentor team members, work closely with business and product stakeholders, and remain hands-on in solving high-impact analytical problems. Responsibilities: Own the analytics roadmap and priorities for one or more business domains. Lead and mentor domain data analysts, providing technical and analytical guidance. Work closely with Product, Finance, Risk, and Operations teams to identify business problems and turn them into analytics opportunities. Conduct hands-on advanced analytics, modeling, experimentation, and business analysis. Develop and oversee dashboards, analytical tools, KPIs, and data products. Partner with Data Engineering and AI/ML teams to ensure reliable data, pipelines, and analytical solutions. Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and support data-driven business decisions. Ensure quality, documentation, and governance of analytics within the domain. Qualification: MSc or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field. 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, data science, or quantitative roles. Experience leading or mentoring analytics/data teams. Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and quantitative analysis. Strong hands-on skills in Python and SQL. Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, or Superset. Experience with DWH, ETL/ELT, and data modeling. Strong business communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively as both a technical leader and individual contributor. Banking or fintech experience is a plus.
