| Data Analytics Team Lead | |
| Lead and manage the data analytics team; provide coaching and technical mentorship. Develop dashboards, analytical tools, and reports for business, risk, and product teams. Work with data engineers and AI teams to ensure consistent data pipelines and high data quality. Define KPIs related to deposits, loans, customer behavior, digital channels, and financial performance. Conduct advanced analysis for customer segmentation, portfolio health, churn identification, etc. Partner with product managers, finance, and operations to identify new analytics opportunities. Ensure governance standards: documentation, data lineage, and data quality validation. Support key AI initiatives such as credit scoring, personalization, forecasting, and fraud monitoring |
Responsibilities |
| MSc or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields. Strong foundation in probability, statistics, optimization, and linear algebra. Familiarity with banking concepts: deposits, loans, credit scoring, fraud analysis. 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or quantitative roles. Experience leading analysts is an advantage. Strong skills in Python, SQL, and dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau). Experience with DWH, ETL, and data modeling. Banking or fintech background preferred. |
