| Lead and grow the Data Science & AI team Design and deploy ML models for key banking use cases (credit, fraud, segmentation, personalization, forecasting) Own the full ML lifecycle: data prep, modeling, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining Drive MLOps strategy using modern pipelines, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and model registries Work closely with risk, product, digital banking, and engineering teams Ensure models comply with regulatory expectations: explainability, fairness, documentation Lead initiatives in deep learning, NLP, reinforcement learning, generative AI, and LLM-based banking assistants Identify new AI opportunities for automation, growth, and customer engagement |
Requirements |
| MSc or PhD in AI, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields Deep knowledge of ML theory: optimization, probability, statistical learning, deep learning Familiarity with banking analytics: credit scoring, fraud detection, KYC/AML, and behavioral analytics years (5+) in data science, AI, or quantitative modeling years (2+) managing data science or AI teams Experience deploying models to production Strong background in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, ML engineering, and MLOps tools Experience with vector DBs, RAG, transformers, or LLMs Banking or fintech experience strongly preferred |
