As a Data Scientist Senior Expert, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, take on meaningful challenges, and grow alongside a team that values learning, collaboration, and impact. Responsibilities: Own complex data science projects end-to-end, from problem definition and data exploration to model development, evaluation, deployment, and impact measurement. Partner with business and product teams to identify opportunities, translate business challenges into analytical problems, and deliver data-driven solutions. Apply advanced statistical methods, machine learning techniques, predictive modeling, and quantitative analysis to solve complex business problems. Design and conduct experiments, A/B tests, and causal inference analyses to measure the impact of products, features, and business initiatives. Develop predictive models, segmentation approaches, forecasting solutions, and other data science applications to generate business value. Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities in large and complex datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Collaborate with Data Engineering and AI/ML teams to build scalable, reliable, and production-ready data science solutions. Monitor model performance, validate analytical results, and continuously improve existing models and methodologies. Communicate complex technical concepts and analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications: MSc or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field. 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, or other quantitative roles. Strong foundation in statistics, probability, experimental design, and mathematical modeling.
