We are seeking an experienced and talented DevOps Engineer to join our growing team
As a DevOps engineer, your role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of software development and deployment processes You are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports these processes
Your expertise in automation tools and containerization technologies is essential in optimizing the development pipeline You will work closely with developers to ensure that code is tested, integrated, and deployed efficiently
In addition to technical skills, you must have excellent communication and collaboration skills You will be working with cross-functional teams such as developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget

Improve the development cycle
Build internal automatic modeling tools
Design and develop solutions to common requests from the development teams
Responsible for the code and task quality of the DevOps team
Design, implement, and maintain our infrastructure using tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, etc
Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI/CD, etc
Collaborate with development teams to ensure that applications are deployed quickly and reliably
Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure high availability and performance
Continuously improve the reliability and scalability of our systems
At least 3 years as a DevOps Engineer
Strong understanding of Container managers (Kubernetes)
Experience in automating and managing large-scale infrastructure
Knowledge and experience with Continuous Integration/Deployment best practices and servers (GitLab CI, Argo CD)
Working with version control systems (Git, etc)
Experience configuring and automating monitoring tools
Knowledge and experience with secure infrastructure
Experience in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Strong experience in automation tools such as Ansible, etc
Strong scripting skills in languages such as Bash or Python
Experience in monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Grafana, Experience in logging tools such as Graylog or Fluent, etc
Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing)
In-depth knowledge of Linux
In-depth Knowledge of Helm / Service Mesh / Kubernetes and Docker containerization
Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Excellent organizational and collaborative skills
