The Financial Innovation and Optimization (FIO) team at WallGold plays a key role in designing, modeling, testing, and improving innovative financial solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business effectiveness.
Due to the increasing scope and complexity of initiatives within this domain, we are seeking to add a new team member with solid financial knowledge and strong analytical capabilities. This role will support ongoing activities, enable more structured follow-up of initiatives, and help translate ideas into practical, executable solutions.
Contribute to the design, modeling, and testing of innovative financial solutions aligned with WallGold’s business needs.
Support the improvement and development of existing financial mechanisms and processes with a focus on efficiency and optimization.
Analyze financial and operational challenges and propose data-driven, actionable solutions.
Participate in idea generation, scenario design, and conceptual solution development.
Utilize various tools and frameworks to model, simulate, and evaluate financial solutions.
Support structured follow-up of initiatives to ensure effective execution and delivery.
Collaborate closely with FIO team members and work cross-functionally with relevant teams to align solutions with company objectives.
Requirements & Skills
Solid understanding of finance, financial analysis, or business concepts.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to design and structure solutions.
Experience or strong interest in financial and analytical modeling using tools such as Excel or similar platforms.
Ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and methodologies for testing and implementing solutions.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
Ownership mindset, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement attitude.
