Job Title: Google Ads Specialist (Cloud & VPS Niche)
We're looking for a deep-diving, Google Ads nerd to help us dominate the SERPs not by burning cash, but by finding low-cost, high-converting, long-tail keywords in the cloud hosting and VPS space. You’ll be given full control over our paid search campaigns, and we’ll expect results, not guesswork. This isn’t a “set up and forget it” role, this is for someone who lives in Google Ads, loves testing, and thrives on beating the competition by being smarter, not louder.
Own our entire Google Ads strategy and execution (Search, Display optional).
Perform deep keyword research to find cheap, high-converting, long-tail keywords (think: "Forex VPS for Mac in Australia").
Create, test, and optimize ad copy and landing page suggestions.
Manage budgets and bidding strategies with a performance-first mindset.
Set up conversion tracking, A/B testing, and ROAS reporting.
Monitor keyword performance, negative keywords, and competitor movements.
Optimize for Quality Score, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
Collaborate with the content/SEO team to align paid and organic strategies.
Suggest landing page improvements based on user behavior and ad performance.
Job requirements
Role Requirements:
4+ years running Google Ads campaigns (preferably in tech, hosting, or SaaS).
Proven experience lowering CPC while increasing conversions.
Experience with long-tail and transactional keywords.
Familiarity with GA4, conversion tracking, tag manager.
Solid understanding of paid search optimization, keyword match types, and Quality Score.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English (for ad copy writing, if needed).
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience in the hosting/DevOps/VPS industry.
Bonus Qualifications:
Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMRush, Looker Studio.
Experience aligning paid and organic strategies in cloud/VPS context.

Company Location: Fatemi St., Jahad Square, Tehran, Iran
Workplace Policy: Full-Time - Onsite
Worktime: Sunday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with 2 hours of flexibility
