| Plan and manage the daily operations of the ICT team Assign, prioritize tasks, and manage team shifts Monitor IT service quality and ensure adherence to ITSM processes Manage incidents, escalations, and critical situations Improve processes and increase operational efficiency Prepare performance reports and coordinate with management and business units At least 5 years of relevant experience in the ICT / IT domain Proven experience in team leadership or Lead / Supervisor roles Strong expertise in networking, virtualization, and Microsoft services Familiarity with ITSM / ITIL concepts Hands-on experience in incident management and IT operations support Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and manage teams Experience working in 24/7 operational environments Familiarity with ticketing and monitoring tools Because at Okala, you're not just filling a role — you're becoming a key part of a bigger mission.
