Job Description
The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for overseeing and evaluating the financial activities of the holding company and its subsidiaries, with a primary focus on reviewing financial documents, verifying transactions, ensuring the accuracy and validity of accounting records, and monitoring compliance with financial policies, contractual obligations, procurement regulations, and delegated authority limits. The role involves identifying financial discrepancies, unauthorized payments, potential fraud, and weaknesses in internal controls, conducting risk-based audits, reporting significant findings to executive management, and following up on corrective actions to strengthen financial transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency across the group.
