Network IP Operation Senior Manager

To lead and manage end-to-end operational activities for IPBB, IPRAN, DCN, load balancing system in a fast-paced, evolving telecom environment to ensure high service availability and performance.
To oversee routine maintenance, fault management, and performance assurance of the IP transport and access networks, ensuring compliance with SLA and network KPIs.
To ensure 24/7 operational readiness and manage incident response, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
To manage IPBB/IPRAN/DCN/LB infrastructure capacity and reliability to meet business and traffic growth, ensuring proactive monitoring, scaling, and optimization.
To oversee the design, planning, expansion, and operation of LB A-Z.
To maintain network integrity through regular audits, preventive maintenance, and system health checks. Develop and enforce operational standards and best practices.
To lead IP operational support for network evolution projects, including RAN expansion, Packet Core integration, Enterprise services rollout, and 5G readiness.
To collaborate with Security, Planning, and Engineering teams to ensure operational alignment with design standards and security policies during network expansions and changes.
To oversee the operational lifecycle of network elements based on IP/MPLS, SDN and Traffic Engineering
To manage the reliability, routing, and redundancy of underlay and overlay networks in the Data Center and ensure robust DCN operations for IT/ITS infrastructure.
To lead the support and maintenance of modern Data Center architectures (Leaf-Spine, SDN) and contribute to continuous improvements in DC network reliability and performance.
To drive the implementation of network automation, orchestration, and proactive fault/event management through integration with NMS systems.
To ensure proper coordination with CPG and vendor partners for service delivery, project execution, subcontractor performance, and operational readiness acceptance.
To lead operational readiness assessments and handovers from IP planning and deployment teams, ensuring seamless transition into operations.
To manage operational trends analysis and provide feedback to planning and design teams to enhance future network designs and deployments.
To manage OPEX and CAPEX for the IPBB/IPRAN/DCN/LB operations domain; ensure cost efficiency and process optimization.
To lead and develop the internal operations team and manage vendors to meet performance and availability targets; provide mentoring, skill development, and continuous learning opportunities.
To provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to internal teams and vendor partners, enhancing team capability across technical and soft skills dimensions.
