About Engineering at DigikalaResponsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define the technical roadmap and strategy.
Drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable and innovative solutions that align with business goals and market trends.
Oversee the technical architecture and infrastructure for products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance and stay current with industry .
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce technology, and incorporate them into our technical solutions.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand client requirements and market demands, and translate them into technical solutions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, vendors, and third-party providers.
Define and enforce coding standards, development processes, and quality assurance practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolve technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement in technical capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in technical leadership and management roles.
Strong technical background in software development and data analytic.
Understanding of e-commerce business models, market trends, and industry regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions..
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
