We are waiting for you to continue this story. Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support to teams by identifying and resolving process-related challenges. Support issues happened on Jira & follow up until they are resolved. Collaborate with different teams to understand their needs and challenges. Effectively communicate process changes and improvements to stakeholders. Assess and prioritize tasks based on urgency and business impact. Maintain a structured approach to problem-solving while managing multiple tasks. Training other stakeholders on implemented processes and apply related troubleshooting accordingly Requirements: At least Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Computer, Information Technology/ System or other related disciplines Familiarity with business processes, operations, models and structure Enough working English knowledge for understand English sources Ability to use necessary software (Excel, word, etc.) The ability to understand BPMN modeling Familiar with basic knowledge of programming (specially Java/Groovy programming) Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset. Ability to work in a team and have an attitude to help other team members Being open to changes and welcome to new processes and business models Excellent patience, empathy, and a customer-service-oriented approach. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Having experience of work with Jira is an advantage. Experience in process analysis and support is an advantage.
