Job Description

We're looking for a Product Manager who combines strong product thinking, customer understanding, technical fluency, and commercial awareness.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of real business problems and build products that deliver measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
Own product discovery, strategy, prioritization, and roadmap execution.
Identify customer problems through research, data analysis, and direct feedback.
Translate business opportunities into clear product hypotheses and requirements.
Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams.
Define success metrics and measure the impact of product initiatives.
Improve user journeys, activation, engagement, and retention.
Design experiments and validate product assumptions.
Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Drive product launches and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Proven experience in Product Management for software or technology products.
Strong product discovery and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with engineering teams and understanding technical trade-offs.
Data-driven decision-making and analytical capabilities.
Ability to define product metrics and evaluate business outcomes.
Familiarity with SQL, analytics tools, or product experimentation.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery to launch.
Nice to Have
Experience with SaaS, FinTech, Commerce, or B2B products.
Understanding of API integrations and platform products.
Experience with product growth and monetization.
