| Product Manager، Exchange Domain | |
| Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business strategy and user needs. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to build and launch new products and features. Continuously monitor and analyze key metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions. Leverage analytical tools (SQL, Metabase, etc.) to track performance and generate actionable insights. Lead the team through critical situations, taking ownership of incident management to ensure stability and minimize financial impact. Communicate effectively with stakeholders across teams to ensure alignment on objectives. Drive process improvements to enable timely and high-quality product delivery. |
Responsibilities: |
| 2years of experience in product or project management, preferably in fintech or technology sectors Familiarity with cryptocurrency concepts and market dynamics Strong analytical skills with proven experience in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Metabase) Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex initiatives Demonstrated capability in incident management and making timely, high-impact decisions under pressure Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Learn more about our Product Management Ladder |
