Description

job title

Planning & Scheduling: develop WBS, detailed project schedules, activity logic, milestones, resources, and approved baselines using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
Progress Monitoring: collect, validate, and analyze actual progress data and update schedules regularly against approved baselines and short-term plans.
Schedule Analysis: identify Critical Path, delays, constraints, schedule variance, and potential risks and provide timely early warnings.
Cost Control & Forecasting: support monitoring of budgets, commitments, actual costs, cash flow, cost variance, forecasted expenditures, and Estimate at Completion.
Contractor Performance: review contractor schedules, progress reports, recovery plans, and performance data and verify reported progress against actual project status.
Change Control: log and track variations and project changes and analyze their potential impact on schedule, cost, milestones, and resources.
Reporting & Dashboards: prepare weekly and monthly management reports, prepare visual reports, S-curves, Planned vs. Actual analyses, milestone status, cash flow, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
PMO Processes: improve project control procedures, templates, and reporting standards.
Coordination: work closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, contractors, and consultants; participate in progress meetings and follow up key actions.
Education:
Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
Experience:
5–7 years of relevant experience in project planning and project control, preferably in large-scale construction, logistics, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Professional Knowledge / Certifications:
Advanced Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Power BI and Power Query; familiarity with CPM, project risk/change management, and contractor reporting.
Languages:
Fluent in English.
