SnappBox is seeking an Operations Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving issues, evaluating performance, and implementing data-driven decisions to enhance our customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities Analyze logistics operations to identify performance trends and areas for improvement. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive operational efficiency. Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and recommendations for operational improvements. Develop and implement QC processes to ensure delivery and logistics operations meet the company's quality standards. Work closely with stakeholders (e.g., operations, logistics, product, customer support) to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions. Developing and maintaining SOPs for all logistics and delivery processes to ensure consistency and quality. Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues, develop corrective action plans, and translate analysis results into business recommendations. Regularly reviewing and assessing the effectiveness of QC measures and making necessary adjustments. Lead operational improvement initiatives and drive execution across cross-functional teams Define and monitor key operational metrics related to delivery performance, courier productivity, service quality, and customer experience. Design and implement operational experiments and evaluate their effectiveness through data analysis. Support strategic decision-making by translating analytical findings into business recommendations. Develop and maintain P&L for this business line. Support planning activities and drive roadmap execution. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in data analytics in one of the fields: operations, logistics, supply chain management, and business analytics. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (we are using Python, SQL, and Power BI). Project management skills to coordinate and manage QC initiatives and data projects. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to identify and address quality issues promptly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of logistics operations and systems is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with fluency in both Persian and English. Bring a strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to envision and execute innovative solutions to complex operational challenges. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 24/7 availability to address urgent issues is essential.
