| Write clean, efficient, and scalable backend services in Go Worked with PostgreSQL and other backend tools to build robust services Tackle complex challenges with smart solutions, clean code, and solid design Collaborate with product managers to understand needs and define features What we’re looking for 5+ years solid experience in backend development, at least one year with Go Strong knowledge of at least one backend programming language (such as Go, Java, C#, Python, or PHP) Understanding of software engineering fundamentals data structures, algorithms, and component design Experience working on scalable systems and large codebases A strong problem-solving mindset and a willingness to take ownership of your code Excellent communication and teamwork skills A passion for continuous learning and self-improvement Bonus points if you have: Familiarity with ERP systems or enterprise software Experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, Spec Flow, etc. Exposure to system design and architecture at scale |
