Responsibilities:
Identify and assess risks associated with key projects and allocated budgets to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Analyze and manage operational risks related to daily activities and strategic decision-making.
Propose practical and strategic solutions to mitigate financial, operational, and project-related risks.
Collaborate with various teams to address risks associated with specific costs and ensure optimal resource allocation.
Participate in the design and implementation of risk management programs for new projects and continuously monitor their effectiveness.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports on risk assessments and process improvement plans to senior management.
Proactively monitor and stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to operational risk management.
Provide structured follow-ups to ensure solutions are implemented and sustained.
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance (Auditing, Accounting, or Financial Management), Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in operational risk management or internal audit.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Familiarity with risk management software and analytical tools.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and insights in a clear and concise manner
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple tasks systematically in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with ISO 31001 is a plus
Professional certifications in risk management or process improvement (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, CIA, CRMA) are a strong plus.
