Supporting Hiring Managers in understanding basic hiring needs and assisting in drafting clear and structured job descriptions.
Assisting in sourcing candidates through different channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
Conducting initial resume screening and coordinating interviews with candidates and interviewers.
Participating in interviews and supporting the evaluation of candidates’ skills and cultural fit under the guidance of senior team members.
Supporting the offer and hiring process, including coordination and follow-ups with candidates.
Helping ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Assisting in onboarding activities to support new hires during their first steps in the company.
Acting as a support point for basic HR-related questions from employees.
Assisting in collecting data for exit interviews and helping analyze feedback.
Supporting the preparation of basic recruitment reports and KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire).
Helping build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, Social Sciences, or related fields.
Strong academic background and good performance at a reputable university, demonstrating learning ability, discipline, and analytical thinking.
0–2 years of relevant experience in HR or Talent Acquisition (internships and trainee roles are acceptable).
Interest in recruitment, interviewing, and people-related processes.
Basic familiarity with recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn) and willingness to learn ATS systems.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
High level of responsibility, ethics, and confidentiality.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
