| Talent Acquisition Specialist | |
| To assess candidates for recruitment, transfer, promotion using different HR selection tools or another Competency-based Interview Model To ensure each individual has the correct competencies and job requirements to meet Business requirements To use different sourcing channels including but not limited to social and nonsocial resources, Job Fairs, and collaboration with top-ranking universities to gather & collect appropriate CVs and submit them to relevant managers To update Talent Acquisition DBs, Interviews, Employee Family relations, Job Requisitions, to produce accurate reports, coordinates the conduct of reference checks Assist managers in evaluating applicant qualifications and selection of the most qualified candidates Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System to shortlist the most qualified candidates accordingly To provide staffing reports, including Monthly reports, Job offers rejection rate, Interview history, etc to HRBP To provide feedback to the candidates who have been rejected in the interview process and act as a coach for junior team members and assist them in their issues to onboard them correctly |
Responsibilities: |
| Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology, MBA or MA in Human Resources Management or other related fields Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in HR; with demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment field and Full-cycle Recruitment experience in a relevant industry Highly Skilled in competency-based interview Ability to provide reporting and analytics on staffing status, KPIs and understand and explain job requirements Proficiency using MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint |
