| Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across multiple functions and seniority levels. If you enjoy building strong relationships, solving hiring challenges, and creating an outstanding candidate experience, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings to offer negotiation and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through multiple sourcing channels. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview processes. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient and data-driven hiring decisions. Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes. Strengthen the employer brand through meaningful candidate interactions and recruitment initiatives. What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across diverse functions and seniority levels. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Data-driven mindset with the ability to use recruitment metrics to improve performance. A collaborative, proactive, and ownership-oriented approach. Nice to Have: Experience hiring for Tech, Product, Operations, and Business roles. Experience in high-growth startups or technology companies.
