| We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Trainee to join our finance team. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about learning, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. | Job Description |
| Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry and updating financial records. Support in preparing invoices, expense reports, and payment documents. Help reconcile bank statements and verify financial transactions. Organize and maintain accounting files and documentation. Assist the accounting team in month-end and year-end closing activities. Conduct basic financial analysis under the supervision of senior accountants. Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed. Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures. |
Responsibilities |
| Current student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills. Eagerness to learn and develop accounting knowledge. Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage, but not required. |
