Positon Overview
Keepa is a fast-growing BNPL and ﬁnancial services provider delivering real impact to thousands of clients. This is an opportunity to take ownership of critcal backend systems built on a mature .NET Framework and SQL Server — an environment that supports large-scale, real-world ﬁnancial operatons.
You’ll help enhance, maintain, and gradually modernize a robust producton platorm serving thousands of transactons daily.
We’re looking for developers who are not only technically skilled but also systematc thinkers, proactve problem solvers, and strong communicators — people who take responsibility from start to ﬁnish and thrive in collaboratve, high-impact environments.
Responsibilites:
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs within an established .NET Framework and SQL Server environment.
Write and optmize stored procedures and complex SQL queries to ensure high performance and reliability across ﬁnancial transactons.
Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Operatons teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutons.
Take end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks — from requirement clariﬁcaton to deployment
ensuring accountability, clarity, and quality.
Partcipate in the gradual modernizaton of legacy systems, contributng to architectural discussions and migraton planning.
Apply systematc and critcal thinking to analyze problems, identfy root causes, and propose sustainable solutons.
Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a fast-moving environment where reliability and precision are critcal.
Having experience with structured logging and observability using Serilog, Elastcsearch, and Prometheus, ensuring
every ﬁnancial transacton is traceable and producton issues can be diagnosed quickly.
Design and apply caching strategies with Redis to improve performance and reduce database load in high-volume transactonal ﬂows.
Requirements:
Strong proﬁciency in C# and .NET Framework development.
Solid understanding of sofware design principles (OOP, SOLID, Clean Architecture).
Proven experience developing Web APIs and RESTful services.
Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures, indexing, and query optmizaton.
Familiarity with version control (Git) and Agile/Scrum development practces.
Experience working in data-driven architectures supportng real-world ﬁnancial or transactonal systems.
Strong ownership mentality — you see tasks through and take responsibility for outcomes.
Clear, proactve communicator who collaborates eﬀectvely across teams.
Systematc and critcal thinker with a structured approach to problem-solving.
Design thinking mindset — ability to empathize with users and create sustainable, user-centered solutons.
Resilient and adaptable when facing ambiguity or complex legacy systems.
Highly self-motvated, organized, and comfortable balancing priorites in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with older .NET technologies (e.g., .NET Framework MVC, Web Forms).
Exposure to BNPL, Fintech, or other high-volume ﬁnancial service domains.
Experience with Unit Testng, Integraton Testng, and CI/CD pipelines.
