| Help in building an Engineering culture that enables quality in all software feature development teams across Nobitex. Perform manual testing of new features. Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities. Support colleagues with troubleshooting issues and bugs discovered during testing. Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing. Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Python, Pytest, Appium, Playwright. Create reusable AI skills, prompts, tools, and agent workflows for QA activities. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs. Reporting bugs and test results to the team for further investigation. |
What You’ll Do |
| 3+ years of experience working in Quality Assurance. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Strong application debugging skills and the ability to identify the root cause of issues. Knowledge and hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in at least one programming language. Hands-on experience with automated testing tools. An AI-native and agentic mindset, with the ability to identify tasks that can be safely delegated to autonomous or semi-autonomous agents. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement. |
