We are looking for a proactive and ownership-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and take end-to-end ownership of recruitment processes. In this role, you will help build a professional, reliable, and fair hiring process by bringing strong judgment, structured execution, clear communication, and a continuous improvement mindset to the way we hire at Nobitex. What You’ll Do: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, from hiring intake and sourcing to assessment, offer, and closing. Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to understand business needs, clarify role requirements, and define the right candidate profile. Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, referrals, and other relevant channels, especially for technical and hard-to-fill roles. Screen and assess candidates with strong judgment, looking beyond keywords and job titles to evaluate skills, experience, potential, and fit for the role. Keep recruitment processes moving by proactively managing pipelines, follow-ups, feedback cycles, and candidate communication. Identify bottlenecks and gaps in the hiring process and take initiative to solve them or recommend improvements. Contribute to building more consistent recruitment practices, documentation, talent pools, and a high-quality candidate experience across Nobitex. What We're Looking For: +2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in technology, fintech, startup, software, or engineering-driven environments. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently, with exposure to technical or hard-to-fill positions. Strong sourcing and talent-mapping skills, including the ability to proactively identify and engage passive candidates. A high level of ownership and accountability; you proactively move work forward and do not rely on continuous follow-up. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to recognize when a recruitment approach is not working and adjust accordingly. A structured and data-aware mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail. Nice To Have: Experience contributing to employer branding initiatives and understanding how candidate experience, communication, and hiring practices shape the employer brand. A natural tendency to take initiative, influence others, and raise the quality bar without needing formal authority. Experience mentoring peers, sharing recruitment best practices, or informally leading recruitment-related initiatives. |
