Description

job title

As an Account Management Specialist – Supermarket, you will manage a portfolio of supermarket partners and be responsible for improving their commercial and operational performance on Digikala's platform.
You will work closely with vendors and internal teams to identify growth opportunities, improve store performance, solve business challenges, and build long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Own the performance and growth of assigned supermarket accounts.
Drive growth in Orders, NMV, AOV, ATP and Active SKU.
Monitor and improve Availability, Conversion Rate, Cancellation/Return Rate, and operational quality.
Increase Vendor Discount, campaign participation, commercial revenue, and profitability.
Build strong relationships with supermarket owners and key decision-makers.
Conduct regular performance reviews and define account-level action plans.
Identify performance gaps through dashboards and business data.
Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, assortment, and growth opportunities.
Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve issues and drive execution.
Support vendor retention, store expansion, and long-term business growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in Account Management, Commercial, Sales, Category Management, or Business Development.
Experience in Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, Marketplace, or Quick Commerce is preferred.
Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI or SQL is a plus.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
