Cafe Bazaar is Iran’s leading Android app store, serving millions of users who rely on us to discover and use apps, games, digital content, and more.
Our Developers Support team is the main point of contact between Cafe Bazaar and the developers who publish their apps and games on our platform. We help developers navigate the publishing process, answer their questions, solve their problems, and make their experience with Cafe Bazaar as smooth as possible.
If you enjoy communicating with people, solving problems, and helping others, you might be a great fit for this role. You don’t need to be a technical expert or have extensive experience in the app industry. What matters most is your ability to understand problems, find practical solutions, communicate clearly, and learn along the way.
As a Developers Support team member in Cafe Bazaar, you will:
Respond to developers’ questions and requests through our support channels, including tickets and calls
Investigate and resolve developers’ issues and follow up on their requests until they are resolved
Review and respond to developers’ feedback and comments
Review and manage publishers’ accounts and related information
Collaborate with different teams at Cafe Bazaar to resolve issues and improve the developer experience
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in helping others
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with different types of people
A responsible and detail-oriented approach to work
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple requests
Good Persian writing and editing skills
Good command of written Persian and English for emails and professional communication
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Willingness to learn and become familiar with digital products and the app ecosystem
