Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist ( FP&A )
If you are passionate about financial analysis, budgeting, building management reports, and turning data into actionable business insights, we'd love to have you join Keepa's FP&A team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, monitor business performance, analyze budget variances, prepare management reports, and contribute to the financial evaluation of projects. Your insights will play a key role in supporting strategic and data-driven decision-making across the organization.	Job Description
Participate in the company's annual operational planning and budgeting process Monitor budget performance and analyze variances between actual and planned results Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic management reports Develop business and financial analytical reports to support strategic decision-making Analyze revenue, cost trends, and key performance indicators, and provide actionable recommendations Build financial models and perform financial analysis Prepare revenue forecasts and financial projections Review and optimize the structure of cost centers and projects within the financial system Design and develop operational and management dashboards	Responsibilities
Strong understanding of operational planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting Solid knowledge of business, financial, and operational analysis techniques Familiarity with financial analysis and financial modeling concepts Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into analytical insights Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Familiarity with Power BI is a plus Familiarity with Rahkaran ERP is a plus Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to analyze data and derive meaningful insights Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills	Requirements
