| Seniority Level: Senior Specialist Required Experience Year: 2 The Senior Financial Specialist will join SnappPay’s Operations team and be responsible for managing customer-related financial activities The role includes reviewing, processing, and approving payments submitted by customers, ensuring accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and smooth coordination with internal teams, including Finance Responsibilities Review and approve payments submitted by customers Process and apply customer-submitted payments accurately and in a timely manner Consolidate, review, and approve payment requests from other stakeholders before submission Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures in all payment-related activities Collaborate effectively with internal teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency in financial operations Assist in financial reporting and reconciliation related to operations payments when required Establish and maintain effective communication with the Finance Department to ensure accurate implementation of financial processes and procedures within the Operations team Ensure the accurate review and timely submission of user-related payments to the Treasury team Validate and process user payments, ensuring proper execution and application Maintain the integrity and efficiency of financial operations within the team Demonstrate professionalism and accountability in all financial interactions Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Proficiency in Microsoft Word Knowledge of Accounting Standards Strong analytical thinking Ability to work efficiently under time constraints Problem-solving and process insight ability Professional behavior and work ethics |
